Formerly All West Construction

Building Central California Since 1978

What began with two employees and a founder named Don Russell grew into one of the Central Valley's most trusted structural concrete contractors — today a woman-owned business carrying that legacy forward.

Our Story

Four Decades of Concrete, Poured Right

Don Russell founded the company in 1978 with a simple standard: do the work yourself, and do it right. That principle turned a two-person concrete crew into a full-service contractor pouring tens of thousands of cubic yards a year.

Formerly known as All West Construction, the company has poured the foundations, slabs, walls, and structures behind some of the Valley's most recognizable retail centers, hospitals, schools, warehouses, and public facilities. Today Russell Construction is a woman-owned business led by President Michele Russell — with founder Don Russell still running the field as Responsible Managing Employee, so the same experienced crews and hard-won standards carry the legacy forward.
